    Cliftonville were so well organised and frustrated Larne.

    Overall, a point apiece is probably fair. I don't think Larne did enough to win the game and Cliftonville definitely deserved a point.

    Glentoran finish 2025 with three successive wins over the festive period as they come from behind to beat Portadown 2-1.

    Patrick Hoban's spot kick in the second half wins it in the end after Eamon Fyfe and MJ Kamson Kamara scored up either end in the first half.

    Coleraine 3-1 Linfield

    It's all over on a dramatic night at the Showgrounds.

    Scoreless at half-time, former Linfield favourite Joel Cooper broke the deadlock shortly after half-time with a fine individual goal.

    Second half substitute Jamie McGonigle doubled the home side's lead moments after coming off the bench.

    Linfield were thrown a lifeline when Chris McKee scored from the penalty spot on the stroke of full-time.

    However, the final word went to the home side and Will Patching made the game safe with a beautiful curling effort with the last kick of the game.
