A lot of laughs and giggles down at training this morning. Good to see.

Squad appear to be in fine fettle, despite that narrow defeat to Morocco on Friday.

Fun in the sun, it seems.

  14. What have we learned from Scotland's World Cup so far?published at 18:25 BST 21 June

After two World Cup outings, Scotland's hopes of progressing from Group C hang in the balance.

They have three points after a 1-0 win over Haiti and a 1-0 reverse against Morocco.

That tally could be enough should they avoid a heavy defeat against Brazil on Wednesday (23:00 BST), while a point would all but guarantee their place in the last 32.

But what have we learned from the two outings in Boston before the Tartan Army descend on Miami?

  15. Ref told McGinn penalty denied as ball going out of playpublished at 18:23 BST 21 June

Imagine a question or two on this guy, too.

Ilgiz Tantashev didn't receive a lot of love from the Tartan Army on Friday.

According to Stephen McGinn, Tantashev told his brother John he turned down his claim for a penalty against Morocco because the ball was going out of play as he was challenged by Neil el Aynaoui.

Hearing positive things that there’s a bit of heat back home, hoorah!

It is still, very, very hot and humid in Charlotte. Boston the last few days hasn’t been so bad, but the players are back in the kind of conditions they’ll face in Florida this week.

Mind the squad had a pre-tournament camp in Fort Lauderdale at the beginning of the month, so they know the clammy conditions awaiting them.

I have never ever seen anything like this.

At the gate for the flight to Miami from Boston, the Scotland fans have just had a speech delivered to them by the staff over the tannoy.

There’s a cart with shortbread, Scotland cupcakes, balloons and Runrig is currently blaring. Being told people in kilts and with bagpipes get to board first.

The lovely lady Nancy led the reception, telling the Scots to keep the faith and they’ll be returning to Boston after the groups. Message cards are now being handed out for the Tartan Army to fill in to give to the mayor.
