He really needs a win here, and a good run in the cup too.
But when you compare the two teams, and the way they are playing, then there's only one winner here - and that's Villa.

Will Weston-super-Mare take inspiration from Macclesfield's monumental upset earlier and make it into the fourth round?
The part-timers from the National League South have already made FA Cup history by reaching the third round for the first time in their 139-year history.
To join Macclesfield in Monday's fourth round draw they'll have to win at League Two Grimsby Town, who famously edged out Manchester United on penalties in the Carabao Cup earlier this season.

This is the first meeting between Charlton and Chelsea since a February 2007 Premier League encounter, won 1-0 by the Blues. The Addicks have lost eight of their last 11 in all competitions against their London rivals (W1 D2).
Chelsea have faced Charlton twice before in the FA Cup, winning both games 3-0 – in the fourth round in 1962-63 and the third round in 1994-95.
Charlton Athletic have been eliminated in each of their last five FA Cup third round ties, last progressing to the fourth round in the 2013-14 campaign, knocking out Oxford United in a replay.
