England's new boss Thomas Tuchel is using his FA pass efficiently in the opening weekend of him being in his new role as England's first team head coach.

He attended the early kick-off this afternoon at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and he's now made the 83-mile journey to the south coast to watch the Premier League's late kick-off.

Everton

Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure to PLP: "A very difficult performance. The first half was not good enough from us, and we know that. We tried in the second half to correct that, and fight more for the first and second balls. Unfortunately we couldn't score, and then they scored in the worst moment game because I think it was more like a draw.

"Obviously in the Premier League you have to compete and it's very hard to take. Small moments can make the difference. We are going to learn and fight. Hopefully we can bounce back."

On their lack of goals: "Goals give you wins and at the moment we can't find a way to score goals. That's a fact. We cannot hide from that. We to work and need to find a way to score goals. We need to score to win games and at the moment it's difficult."

Jesus starts in an offside position, he is offside but he has got to hit the back of the net.

First big chance of the game. Declan Rice plays a through ball into Gabriel Jesus who is in one on one but has a shot saved by Bart Verbruggen.

There's a chance VAR would have ruled Jesus offside had that gone in but we'll never know.

We had good moments but I’ve been here eight years and we have seen the team playing and it is not at our standards. Still we have to find our tempo and the way we want to play. West Ham played good and had chances.

On Savinho: “He made a lucky goal and made a good action after. The third goal was brilliant with the assist. He is delivering really well."

Bournemouth

Bournemouth match winner David Brooks to PLP: "It's nice to see it fly in. Six or seven times you can see them spoon over the bar. When you play Everton, especially over the past few years, you know it's going to be a physical and tough game.

"You need a bit of quality to finish it off. It's not a game with a lot of clear-cut chances but we took one and got the three points. Nobody really likes coming to play us here and every home game we go into it thinking we can win. We have to just keep our feet on the ground and keep plugging away game by game."
