Jacob MacIntyre threatened for Arbroath
Arbroath secured third place in the Scottish Championship and home advantage in their Premiership play-off quarter-final second leg against Dunfermline Athletic after the sides drew 0-0.
Both sides entered the final round of league fixtures guaranteed to finish third or fourth, knowing a win would ensure they played next Friday's deciding leg at home but neither could find a crucial goal.
In a game of few chances, on-loan Hibernian midfielder Jacob MacIntyre struck the bar for the visitors in the closing stages.
Dunfermline will host Arbroath in Tuesday's first leg at East End Park (19:45 BST) before the teams meet again at Gayfield next Friday (19:30). Both games will be shown live on BBC Scotland, iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app.
