Nuno Espirito Santo confirmed West Ham will not be able to call upon Adam Traore during their penultimate Premier League game against Newcastle as they go in search of vital points in their fight for survival.

"We have Adama [Traore]. He is out for the game but the rest of the squad is good. He has a muscle injury, he is recovering but he was not available for Arsenal, and he'll miss this one."

Nuno Espirito Santo was also asked if Callum Wilson will be given more game time and he said he will "decide tomorrow for the team"

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler gave an update on winger Kaoru Mitoma, who suffered a hamstring injury during their match against Wolves: "For us, he will be out, so he will miss the next two games.

"Regarding the World Cup, I am not sure yet, we are in touch with Japan [Football] Association and will make a decision together."

Since Hurzeler's news conference on Thursday, Mitoma has been left out of Japan's 26-man World Cup squad.

"It is definitely a big blow because we know how important a player like Kaoru is for us but again, we have a big squad, we have good availability and we showed for the whole season that we can always replace important players.

Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler on Mats Wieffer: "There is an option that he will be available on Sunday. But we have to wait the next two, three days."

On Diego Gomez: "He will definitely be an option for Sunday."

Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest manager Vítor Pereira updated us on his team news and midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White's recovery after he suffered a nasty facial injury last week.

"He started today, to work with the team. Let's see, with a mask. You know, it's strange when we use the mask, but in the end I spoke with him, said ‘I'm okay, I'm okay with the mask, no problem’. We'll see if he's ready of his conditions for the next game," Pereira said.

On his other players with injuries: "Morello out, [Ola] Aina out, but in this moment I think Dan Ndoye. Morgan [Gibbs-White] and Ibrahim Sangare will be on the training tomorrow."

Newcastle United

Here's a bit more from Newcastle boss Eddie Howe, on reports of Bayern Munich's interest in winger Anthony Gordon.

“No updates from me. These are discussions that potentially might be happening, but not with me," Howe said.

"He's just come back [from injury] and I think the team has played well in his absence.

"But it's with a partial view for the future, yes."

Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe gave an update on defender Lewis Hall after he received treatment during the game against Nottingham Forest last Saturday: "Lewis is fine, he's trained this week, so no problems with his fitness."

However, Howe says midfielder Joelinton is a doubt: "He's picked up a slight thigh problem so we'll assess him in the next couple of days.

"I think we're okay apart from that. Of course we've got the guys that are out and there's no change to their status."

Leeds United

Leeds United boss Daniel Farke spoke about how he feels the goals he set when he first joined the club three years ago have now been achieved when asked about his future:

"Once I signed the contract three years ago, we spoke about the goals, what we want to achieve. I have to say, my mission is fulfilled and my job is done here, there is nothing to add anymore," Farke said.

"All the boxes that we wanted to tick, are ticked.

"It is important that we are all on the same page and we will have to speak about new goals.

"To do the same again next year and just aim to stay up makes no sense to me.

"I have to be 100% convinced."

Leeds United

Next, Leeds United boss Daniel Farke has made some interesting comments around his future.

After leading Leeds to promotion by winning the Championship last season, Farke has secured Premier League survival with games to spare in this campaign.

With two games remaining they are closer to the top half than the relegation places, but will he be sticking at Elland Road?

Everton

Everton boss David Moyes on the future of Idrissa Gana Gueye, who is out of contract at the end of the season:

"Losing Seamus is a big blow. We'll talk about Gana in the coming weeks. We're on with a lot of business behind the scenes. We don't need to talk about it in the media until it's done."

Asked about what will come next for Seamus Coleman, Everton boss David Moyes joked the club have offered him "every job there is, from groundsman to assistant" in a bid to get him to stay.

"What I admire about Seamus is he wants to keep playing and playing for his country. He's got a few friendlies with Ireland that he wants to stay ready for and he's in good physical condition. I admire him for it because he wants to do it," said Moyes.

"It would be easy for him to settle down and not want to do it. There will always be a desk for him when the time comes, don't worry about that.

"He learned a lot when he first came in from Ireland. The culture at the club then was what we want it to be and Seamus has tried to keep driving that on all the time and demanding how the players, perform, train, and interact with supporters. There should always be a place for Seamus and there will be.

"It would be great for the young players, as well. We want to keep Seamus' culture and Everton's culture behind the scenes going."

Here is what Everton boss David Moyes has had to say on Seamus Coleman, who was signed for £60k and will depart at the end of the season after 17 years at the club:

"I'd certainly say for me he's right up there [for best value signing in Premier League history].

"I get the praise for it but I have to praise the recruitment team who spotted him at the time and got him over from Ireland. We decided to take him and he's been a great servant to the club.

"You want to bring in players who will be good for the team. To stay at the club for 17 years, and I've missed quite a part of it, but more recently he's been the glue that's held an awful lot together.

"When it's difficult, he's the one who comes out and speaks and steps up to galvanise the team as well. He deserves a lot of credit as a human being for what he's done for Everton."

Everton

Now we'll head to Everton, where David Moyes has been speaking before his side play their final home game of the season against Sunderland on Sunday.

It was announced earlier today that defender Seamus Coleman will finish his Everton playing career at the end of the season, when his contract expires after 17 years at the club.

The 37-year-old full-back has been offered a coaching role with the Toffees, but says he will decide his future over the summer.

Unsurprisingly, Moyes has had plenty to say about Coleman and everything he has done for the club.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has made so many trips to Wembley Stadium that he joked he feels "disappointed" by not being given any recognition at the venue.

On Saturday, the Spaniard will lead City out at the national stadium for the 24th time in a semi-final or final of an English domestic cup competition.

City won the Carabao Cup by beating Arsenal in March and are aiming to make it a double by claiming the FA Cup against Chelsea.

"I am disappointed they have not made a stand for Pep," he jested with a smile. "So many times I have been there, at least a lounge or a box or something like that. Maybe I have to go 24 more times!

"It is still a special place. Since I've been with Barcelona when I won the first Champions League with my club and then against Manchester United second time as a manager."

City are competing in a record fourth consecutive FA Cup final but have been beaten in the past two by Crystal Palace and Manchester United.

Guardiola add: "I have been many times since I have been there. We win, lose, win. It is really good to go to Wembley again. Two teams with two managers. It's going to be a good game. Top.

"Everything is so nice. The pitch is extraordinary. Hopefully it will be a nice day."

Pep Guardiola rested players in midweek when Manchester City beat Crystal Palace and left Erling Haaland out, much to the annoyance of Fantasy Premier League managers.

Haaland will be back in the team at Wembley, though, and he will benefit from the rest, along with the likes of Rayan Cherki.

Chelsea have been patchy all season and if they have one of their bad days, then this could get a bit messy for them.

Manchester City

Manchester City

A final couple of answers from Pep Guardiola to bring you before we head around the grounds.

The Manchester City boss was asked about Chelsea interim head coach Calum McFarlane, who spent four years as a coach at Manchester City's academy before leaving in 2023: "We have never been in touch or trained together. But I remember he was here.

"I didn't have time to analyse that [1-1 draw against Chelsea earlier in the season]. First half they were passive but in the second half they were incredibly aggressive. We had our momentum but in the end they equalised. We have to read what they are trying to do.

"I saw their game against Liverpool because I like to know what the tone of the team is. They suffered the first 15-20 minutes but after that they came back. The goal from Enzo Fernandes, it was good."

Manchester City

Pep Guardiola has also discussed Manchester City's busy schedule and the lack of preparation they have had for the final after facing Crystal Palace two days ago.

"I would prefer seven days like Chelsea had but when you reach Carabao Cup final, you have less days. It has happened in the past when we have won the title," Guardiola says.

"The schedule is what it is. It is not ideal but it is what it its. We have done it in the past and we have to do it tomorrow.

"Because the big clubs, when you are in difficult circumstances, you have to do a little extra. It's simple. It is not the perfect scenario to prepare for the final because we have not trained anything since the last game against Crystal Palace. But we are going to try."

Manchester City

In terms of team news, it is largely positive for Manchester City after Pep Guardiola made several changes in midweek.

On whether midfielder Rodri will be available for the final, Guardiola said: "We will see. We travel and we will see."

Otherwise, he says: "Everybody else is fit."
