    In the BetMcLean Cup, Glentoran required extra time to see off Coleraine 2-1 and set up a final date with Linfield next month.

    In the Irish Premiership, Carrick Rangers came from behind to beat Bangor 3-2 as they moved up to sixth in the table.

    In the Irish Cup, Larne and Loughgall both moved into the sixth round with wins over Ballymena United and Knockbreda respectively.

    Glentoran 2-1 Coleraine

    It is all over at the Oval and it is Glentoran who advance to play Linfield in March's final of the League Cup.

    It has been an incredible 16 years since the two giants have played each other in a cup final and will be sure to be a huge event.

    As for Coleraine, they dominated parts of tonight's game but eventually ran out of ideas and time.

    Ryan Cooney with an in-swinging gem from the left and Pat Hoban rises highest in the middle but his glanced header goes just over.

    I don't think Coleraine would have recovered from that.
