Hansi Flick has urged his players to build on the momentum from the huge Champions League win over Newcastle in midweek.

"It’s very important to maintain our level," said the Barcelona boss.

"Seeing the players enjoy playing football the way they did against Newcastle was really great.

"Rayo tends to play the same at home and away. They are an experienced group with a lot of intensity, and that’s what we expect to face tomorrow."

Hansi Flick makes three changes to the Barcelona starting XI that beat Sevilla 5-2 last week.

Ronald Araujo, Lamine Yamal, and Fermin Lopez come in today for Roony Bardghji, Dani Olmo, and Xavi Espart.
