What a response from the visitors!

It's a superb ball over the top from Drew Spence and Olivia Holdt times her run to perfection, sneaking in behind and then slotting past Khiara Keating brilliantly.

    London City Lionesses 0-0 Chelsea

After soaking early pressure from Chelsea, London City Lionesses are seeing much more of the ball now.

Kosovare Asllani breaks on the left and plays a cross into the box but she is flagged offside by the assistant referee.

Moments later at the opposite end, Alyssa Thompson releases Aggie Beever-Jones in the box but can only fire straight at London City goalkeeper Elene Lete.

That was Khadija Shaw's 16th goal of the WSL season.

Seven more than anyone else. That Golden Boot is hers.

    Arsenal 1-0 West Ham

Arsenal continue to apply pressure on second-from-bottom West Ham despite having an early advantage.

Chloe Kelly delivers a free-kick into the box but it's headed back out by the Hammers backline before she fires another effort into the side-netting.

The visitors are being forced back into their own box at the moment at the Emirates.

    Well, that was inevitable.

"Feed the Bunny and she will score," is the chant from home fans. She has a ridiculous record against Spurs.

In the last three home games against Tottenham in the WSL, Shaw has scored a hat-trick. I wouldn't put it past her to get another two today...

    Khadija Shaw

An early opener for the league leaders!

And who else? Khadija Shaw punishes Tottenham for failing to clear their lines as she swings a leg at a poor clearance from Hanna Wijk and volleys it home.

    Man Utd 0-0 Everton

A good reaction from Courtney Brosnan to race off her line and reach Martina Fernandez's loose pass before Elisabeth Terland can get there.

    Nervy moments for Everton.

Matilda Vinberg probably should have gone alone there, but she selflessly squares the ball and Manchester City are able to get back and send the Spurs strike out for a corner.

    What a start from Arsenal!

Good footwork on the left wing from Chloe Kelly and an even better cross into the box which the West Ham defence fails to deal with.

And Stina Blackstenius says thank you very much as she sneaks in between two Hammers defenders to apply an easy finish to make it 1-0 inside four minutes.

Chelsea are straight into the attack at The Den.

Alyssa Thompson plays a ball into the box which is dealt with well by the London City Lionesses defence.

But Lexi Potter pounces onto the loose ball and fires a shot from distance which goes well over the goal.

    Man Utd 0-0 Everton

Everton are on a four game winning streak in the WSL.

The Toffees have only once won five in a row in the competition, doing so between May and August 2011 under Mo Marley.

A win today would be a massive achievement and it would definitely put an end to Manchester United's title hopes.

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Andree Jeglertz speaking to Sky Sports: "We're top of the league and now we have a great opportunity to win this game first of all. We can always do all the things that we are supposed to do no matter what. Just bringing the best out of the players, that's what we are talking about."

On Spurs: "It's a great team. What they have done during this season is great. They have a stability, an identity, they are threatening in different ways so it is really going to be a test."

Everton interim manager Scott Phelan says he is "not surprised" by the upturn in results for his side in the WSL.

The Toffees were four points off the bottom of the table when he took over for the rest of the season following Brian Sorensen's sacking last month but have jumped up to sixth place with four straight wins.

"I'm not really surprised," said Phelan. "One thing I've always said was that there was a lot of quality in the squad.

"Maybe the results earlier in the season hadn't reflected that."

  16. Skinner pinpoints Man Utd need before vital Everton gamepublished at 11:55 GMT 21 March

Manchester United boss Marc Skinner says his side need to both be more clinical in front of goal and supply their forwards with better service against Everton.

United have not scored in their past three games and were held to a 0-0 draw by West Ham in midweek.

They were also beaten by Chelsea in the Women's League Cup final last weekend.

"We should have scored against Chelsea and we should have scored against West Ham. I am happy with the places we are getting into, we just now need that final bit. I am sure it's coming."

Olivia Smith's arrival has lifted her side to “the next level," according to Arsenal boss Renee Slegers.

The Canada forward became the most expensive signing in women's football history when she completed a £1m move to the Gunners from Liverpool last July.

The 21-year-old has scored in both of Arsenal's most recent WSL wins against London City Lionesses and leaders Manchester City.

"We're very happy Olivia joined us because she's taken us to the next level," Slegers said.

"When players enter a new environment, they need time to learn new people, methodologies and partnerships. Now she is playing more instinctively and is really finding her feet.

"It's not just her on‑ball qualities and athleticism. She works extremely hard out of possession. In our press, counter‑press and defensive organisation, she shows real discipline. Her explosiveness makes her a very successful counter‑presser, and she showed that especially in the City game."

  18. 'We need to be near enough perfect'published at 11:52 GMT 21 March

Man City v Spurs (12:00 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur manager Martin Ho speaking to Sky Sports on Maika Hamano scoring the winning goal in the Asian Cup for Japan against Australia: "Wonderful moment for Maiko and she works extremely hard, she's a wonderful person and a super talented football to her. Credit to her and well done to Japan."

On Man City being unbeaten at home: "A big challenge, one we need to embrace and one we will embrace. They're in a really good place. The most complete team in the league in my opinion. We will push the game, we will be brave in terms of what we do and we know we need to be near enough perfect today."

Martin Ho says Tottenham's performance in their defeat by Everton was "uncharacteristic" and he expects a response against Manchester City.

Spurs fell to a 2-1 defeat by Everton on Sunday - just their sixth loss of the season - meaning they sit three points adrift of the Women's Super League's top four.

"We should get a response. It's uncharacteristic of ourselves to be the way we were," Ho said.

"You can have those games in football and have an off day. We can't have too many of them but I don't think we have.

"It's about making sure we go into this game with confidence and belief so we can put it right."

  20. 'We can't be nervous or stressed'published at 11:48 GMT 21 March

Manchester City are not distracted by talk of winning the WSL title, says manager Andree Jeglertz.

City have a seven-point lead over defending champions Chelsea with five games remaining in the league.

They have not won the WSL title for a decade and if they were to be successful, it would end Chelsea's six-year stranglehold on the league.

"So far, no distraction I would say. I don't know how much our players are reading. Inside our group we don't speak much about it," said Jeglertz.

"I haven't seen any players being stressed or anything about it. It's pretty calm. This is also what we want. We can't be nervous or stressed by this.
