Thanks for the league cup and two European qualifications Eddie but please walk away now. Another season of this rubbish isn't fun.

    Burnley 1-1 Wolves

Marcus Edwards fizzes an effort over the bar for Burnley. That wasn't too far away at all. Almost the perfect introduction after coming on a few minutes back.

    Tottenham 1-0 Everton

Pape Matar Sarr thinks he has won Tottenham a penalty as he goes down in the box but Michael Oliver goes to his pocket and pulls out a yellow card for diving.

  5. Postpublished at 17:47 BST 24 May

    West Ham 2-0 Leeds

Leeds sub Facundo Buonanotte sees his shot deflected behind for a corner.

Another sub Joel Piroe is there when it drops but his cross-shot is cleared by West Ham.

We're into the last five minutes of the 90, there's a littler longer left at Spurs.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:46 BST 24 May

    Crystal Palace 0-2 Arsenal

A slight injury worry for Arsenal, perhaps, as Noni Madueke makes way for Viktor Gyokeres at Selhurst Park.

Madueke received treatment on the pitch after feeling something in his hamstring.

Possibly just precautionary given Arsenal face Paris St-Germain in the Champions League final net weekend.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:45 BST 24 May

    Brighton 0-3 Man Utd

Tyrell Malacia gets one last run out for Manchester United. The Netherlands international is leaving the club this summer and is on for Luke Shaw.

    Matt Jarvis
Former West Ham on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2

Bowen has been too quiet today but when he has his one chance, he takes it on his right foot. It's a great strike across goal in to the far corner.

He looks to the fans but it's not a big celebration, just a fist pump - he is saying 'we have done our best, whatever will be will be'.

Looks like Mr Moyes won't be saving Hammers today. Too little and way to late. Can't see Everton scoring twice today.

    West Ham 2-0 Leeds

With a win almost secured, the West Ham fans know they're still heading down and are letting out their frustrations with chants in opposition to chairman David Sullivan.

    Burnley 1-1 Wolves

Wolves bring 16-year-old Jerome Abbey on for his debut as Adam Armstrong makes way.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 17:44 BST 24 May

    Liverpool 1-1 Brentford

And now it's time for Anfield to stand for another hero in Andy Robertson.

The Liverpool fans chant his name as every player on the pitch stands and applauds.

Robertson is replaced by Milos Kerkez, while Trey Nyoni also takes the place of Ryan Gravenberch.

  15. 'Spurs comfortable'published at 17:43 BST 24 May

    Tottenham 1-0 Everton

    Jermaine Beckford
Former Leeds, Leicester and Everton striker on Final Score

It's a typical Everton performance. Structurally they are solid but in front of goal it is wasteful, they are snatching at opportunities. Spurs are comfortable.

Brentford are all over Liverpool here.

    That's a stunner!

What a way to sign off the season.

  20. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-0 Leedspublished at 17:41 BST 24 May

    Jarrod Bowen (79 mins)

West Ham have surely wrapped up the three points now!

West Ham win the ball just inside their own half, Leeds want a free-kick but the referee is having none of it.

Mateus Fernandes then plays a pinpoint through pass to Jarrod Bowen, he gets into the box and then drills a right-foot shot into the far corner.

All eyes on Spurs and Everton.
