    That's a wrap!

Thank you so much for joining us for what was a very entertaining evening of Uefa Europa League and Conference League action.

Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest got key victories, but Crystal Palace threw away a half-time lead in France.

    Catch you next time.

  2. 'All I can do is work hard'published at 22:47 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Strasbourg 2-1 Crystal Palace

    Strasbourg

Strasbourg defender Ben Chilwell speaking to TNT Sports on potentially returning to the England squad for the World Cup:

"All I can do is come in here every day and work hard, train well and try and help the team when I do play. I just want to try and play as much football as I can this season and give myself the best chance, that is all I can do. Whatever happens in the summer is up to the manager at England and all I can do is keep working hard here and we see where it ends up."

  3. 'A top night all round'published at 22:45 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Strasbourg 2-1 Crystal Palace

    Strasbourg

Strasbourg defender Ben Chilwell speaking to TNT Sports: "I loved it. To go one nil down and then show the fight that we showed to get ourselves back into the game and then go on and get the winner.

"It's brilliant for the fans. I thought they were top tonight. They have got to take a lot of credit for bringing us back into the game, and that is why after the game we showed them our support. Great attitude from the boys and brilliant from the fans, so a top night all round. "

On boss Liam Rosenior: "He pushes us everyday. He is a very ambitious manager and he has made it clear since the day that I got here in numerous meetings what he thinks this group can achieve, that's trophies. It's what he wants and we know that. It's a very ambitious group.

"I am one of the more senior players at 28, so I feel I have the responsibility to push the group and I am doing that. With such a young, energetic group that want to do well, you can see that out on the pitch. Everyone wants to get on the ball and run for each other."

  4. 'We need more players who show up and score goals'published at 22:42 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Strasbourg 2-1 Crystal Palace

    Crystal Palace

More from Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner speaking to TNT Sports about conceding so soon after half-time: "Again, it could be straight after we got 1-0 that we could have scored the second. We had the same situation against Brentford in the Premier League. There we missed but we could keep the clean sheet so we won the game.

"Strasbourg have very good, quick players, we knew it and ok you can concede the equaliser but then we have the next empty net we are missing, and then the next big chance against the keeper that we are missing, and then you lose the game. I think that is also why we deserved to lose today.

"It was the second defeat missing too many chances. Against Larnaca missing too many chances too. It is a little bit the story. We need more players who show up and score goals. On the other side nobody does it on purpose and at the moment it happens too often. You can't always rely on keeping the clean sheet because the opponent is also doing well."

  5. 'Hopefully I can make my Premier League debut!'published at 22:40 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest academy graduate Zach Abbott, speaking to TNT Sports, on seeing Ryan Yates come through the academy to become captain: "It is brilliant. He is now club captain and that is the path that I want to go on because it is a great journey. I'm sure he's had many great memories, like the Championship play-off final, and now he's taken his boyhood club to Europe. Hopefully I can do that when I'm older as well. He is just an inspiration really."

On taking the next steps to becoming a first-team regular: "I think it's about earning that trust completely. Managers want to play people that they can trust all the time. If I can do that then I might become more regular. In the short-term, I'm looking forward to taking each game as it comes and making as much of an impression in training. Hopefully I can make my Premier League debut soon."

  6. 'I'm buzzing, you can see the smile on my face'published at 22:37 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest academy graduate Zach Abbott, speaking to TNT Sports: "It was brilliant out there. Obviously the lads made it easier by scoring up the other end of the pitch, but I thought the whole team played really well.

"We were very aggressive on the high press and we tried not to give them an inch, but obviously you know in these games that there is high quality opposition. It was a great feeling for me, it makes me want more and more. I'm buzzing, you can see the smile on my face.

"Before the match the gaffer [Sean Dyche] said to play it forwards and think forwards, so that's what I wanted to do in the game. It's important in that position to get forward and put some crosses in.

"I know that if I put a good one in, there is quality in the box to get on the end of it. Unfortunately my crosses might have been too high or something tonight because they didn't come off, but hopefully they will another day."

  8. 'It's certainly looking up'published at 22:31 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest boss Sean Dyche, speaking to TNT Sports, on whether his side can qualify automatically for the last-16:

"It's certainly looking up. We delivered a strong performance out at Sturm Graz, we didn't get the goal we needed but it was a very strong performance.

"It's good to come back here, especially after the Liverpool win, so to back that up with a win is great. That's the main thing for me: keeping that mentality, particularly here at home because of the fanbase, and keeping that consistency in our performances. If you take care of each game, the rest of it takes care of itself.

"The Premier League has been massively important for this club after getting back into it, so of course it holds its place for this club, but the Europa League is equally important because of the history. We want to do well on both fronts, but it's not always that easy."

  9. 'It's all about getting fitter'published at 22:29 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest boss Sean Dyche, speaking to TNT Sports about Arnaud Kalimuendo: "It has been more of a fitness situation with him. He wasn't quite fit when came in because of an injury, then we played him out at Sturm Graz and he did well there but he was just running out of energy. For him it's about getting fitter, getting sharper and getting more used to being here."

  10. 'We did not decide the game when we could'published at 22:27 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Strasbourg 2-1 Crystal Palace

    Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner speaking to TNT Sports: "When you twice have an empty goal in front of you and you miss the goal twice hitting the post, you should be 3-1 up. Then we have the big chance against the keeper and then in the next action we are 2-1 down.

"It has happened too many times this season when we did not decide the game when we could. And of course even after the free-kick we were not sharp enough. In the end I think that we lacked one or two percent and that is why we lost against a good Strasbourg team."

  12. 'It's key for squad mentality'published at 22:22 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

More from Nottingham Forest boss Sean Dyche, speaking to TNT Sports:

"I'm pleased for the crowd as well because they come here and the European campaign is really important to them and us. It's great when players are changed and they are still delivering performances, that's really key for squad mentality. We have got strength in depth and we need it because of the injuries.

"Consistency is a big thing that we're working on during training sessions and something we want to bring in, but that's on everyone not just the starting XI. I've been really impressed with that tonight."

On Ryan Yates scoring on every day of the week for Nottingham Forest now: "I didn't know that, but fair play! He is a real club man, everyone knows that. He is a credit to himself, with his professionalism and the way he works for us. He has been first-class so I'm really pleased for him."

  13. 'Malmo didn't really lay a glove on us'published at 22:20 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest boss Sean Dyche, speaking to TNT Sports: "I'm very pleased. I thought we were excellent defensively. They didn't really lay a glove on us which was credit to the back five really, the goalkeeper and the back four did a great job. That sets the tone then for the performance. It was a bit of a slow start, but they camped in and that can be hard to breakdown.

"Overall, I'm really pleased with the players. We had some coming back into fitness like Callum [Hudson-Odoi], and I thought [Ryan] Yates was brilliant. I'm really pleased with the squad mentality, it was really clear tonight and we're going to need that going forwards."

    Conference League

Defeat in France sees Crystal Palace drop to 18th position in the Uefa Conference League league phase standings with six points after four games.

As things stand, they would enter the knockout phase play-off round as an unseeded team.

Meanwhile, Strasbourg move up to second in the table with ten points, behind leaders Samsunspor on goal difference.

    Joel Ward
Former Crystal Palace defender on TNT Sports

It's about being clinical and taking the chances when they present themselves. The manager has always said that this team will create chances and they have proved that in the Premier League and various domestic cups and in this competition as well.

It's just about taking the chances when they come. It's a frustrating night not to capitalise on it but there are a lot of positives to take.

  17. 'We just have to be more clinical'published at 22:12 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Strasbourg 2-1 Crystal Palace

    Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace defender Tyrick Mitchell speaking to TNT Sports: "We created some decent chances, the two open goals were great chances, but we just have to be more clinical. I think if we score that second goal I think we take away the three points.

"We know in every game we will get chances and every game we can win. We step onto the pitch knowing that we can take away three points from every team but today that didn't happen."

On his goal: "Something that I have been trying to work on and this season has got a bit better. Happy I contributed but unfortunately we didn't take away three points"

On managing the busy fixture schedule: "It's part of being a footballer. You want to play in these games. You want to play every day. You want to play as much as you can. This is something we want and you can't really complain."

  18. 'Forest have every chance of winning games'published at 22:11 GMT 27 November 2025

    Fara Williams

Since Sean Dyche has taken charge, Nottingham Forest haven't conceded a goal in the Europa League so that's a massive positive.

If you go into games, you don't concede and you create as many chances as Nottingham Forest did tonight, you have every chance of winning games. That's what they need right now.

Another six points from their remaining three league phase games and they will be comfortable going through.

  19. 'We're buzzing for him!'published at 22:10 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

More from Nottingham Forest captain Ryan Yates on team-mate Arnaud Kalimuendo scoring his first goal for the club: "I'm gutted because I should've scored my second! Honestly, we are all really buzzing for him. The hard work he is putting in for the team, with all the unselfish runs, have paid off. There are a lot of unsung heroes in this team and he is certainly one of them. He really deserved his goal."

  20. 'We have to cherish these nights at the City Ground'published at 22:08 GMT 27 November 2025

    FT: Nottingham Forest 3-0 Malmo

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest captain and goalscorer Ryan Yates, speaking to TNT Sports: "We knew it was a really nice occasion for the club. There was a really nice build up and we have obviously just done a really nice gesture. We had a job to do. We knew if we performed to what we know we can, we would get the result. Job done, onto the next.

"We were putting a lot of balls in the box so I thought I need to just stay on the edge of the box and one will drop to me, luckily it did."

On the atmosphere at the City Ground: "It is unbelievable. These nights at the City Ground in Europe, we have to cherish them. They are just so special. The supporters had something different for us tonight. It is a pleasure to be a part of."
