    Keith, Monifieth

Will any of the bottom three get to Manchester United's current total of 31 points though? As it stands, Burnley (if they win here) will go to 15 points, with West Ham on 14 and Wolves on six.

  11. Leeds deserve thatpublished at 20:49 GMT 7 January

    Newcastle 0-1 Leeds

    Ciaran Kelly
BBC Sport reporter at St James' Park

Leeds United did not make the most of some dangerous openings in the opening half-hour at St James' Park.

    But they certainly did there.

It's a fine finish from Brenden Aaronson and the energetic visitors deserve their lead.

Newcastle United have sleepwalked into this game.

  12. CLOSE!published at 20:49 GMT 7 January

    Burnley 1-0 Manchester United

A chance for Burnley to double their lead. It falls for Lucas Pires on the left side of the penalty area and he hits an angled shot through the legs of Diogo Dalot. Senne Lammens in the away goal is at full stretch, but then relieved to see the ball go just wide of the post.

So, five Burnley players clearly grabbing and holding United players, but Kyle Walker takes a dive and that's enough to disallow the goal? Pathetic. Referees need to stop falling for the same old tricks.

    Brenden Aaronson

Leeds take the lead at St James' Park.

It's a great finish by Brenden Aaronson. He doesn't have time to look up after being played in by Dominic Calvert-Lewin, but he knows exactly where the goal is and he slots into the bottom left corner.

  20. 'I don't think there was enough in that'published at 20:46 GMT 7 January

    Burnley 1-0 Manchester United

    Shay Given
Former Newcastle and Man City keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

    On the disallowed goal...

I think that was soft. I don't think there was enough in that. Walker went down off the back of Martinez's challenge and there were three or four others coming together, but it wasn't a clear foul. I'm surprised VAR did not get the referee to go and look at it.
