There's a bit more space to attack into as Everton lose the ball on the counter, Savinho bends a shot over from range and there are audible groans around the ground.

Plenty of patient, pedestrian build-up from Manchester City but Everton look pretty well set. Savinho aside there's been precious little spark from the hosts.

It's been a really bright start from Manchester City in the second half, especially down that right-hand side. But for Erling Haaland to then miss that penalty speaks a bit about where the confidence is in this team at the moment.
