To lose Tim Seifert early was disappointing but Paul Walter has been incredible for us and was the backbone of the innings. We also found ways to take wicket. Our Achilles heel at the start of the tournament was our catching but we took some great catches today.
"Sunrisers Leeds have such a dangerous line-up. I was trying to frontload our attack and trying to take wickets and keep them below the rate. It worked out which was great. Harry Brook is such a dangerous player. If he bats for 40-50 balls, they would have won the game."
On Josh Tongue, who picked up four wickets: "The pace is his thing. He's got a really good slower ball. He creates really awkward angles for the batter. He is a wicket-taking bowler in all formats of the game. I'm glad he is in our team."
On opener Paul Walter: "He has had to wait for his chance. He knew the conditions really well having played for Manchester Originals previously. He is awkward to bowl at. He is a tall man with a great reach. The most pleasing thing about him is that he has continued his form. He has kept it going and hopefully one more game from him in the final."
On preparations for the final: "We will have a nice rest. It is much better this year that we get a day off. Fantastic to get into the final. We are excited. We need to enjoy this evening and focus on the next one."
On Trent Rockets getting more time off: "They are a top side and got straight into the final because they have been the form team. We have been playing in good rhythm but on the flipside, they've been able to prepare really well and rest up. So we'll see."

On his team's thoughts at halfway: "We were really happy with the score that we got. I thought Pauly [Paul Walter] and Klaasy [Heinrich Klaasen] batted unbelievably. We started well in the power play and finished well at the back end too. So very happy."
On the conditions: "It's obviously a good pitch here and it travels quite quickly across the square, but we said we'd go out and hit the stumps as much as we can, and thankfully we got our wickets."
Ahead of the final: "It's nice knowing that [they were going to win] towards the back end but we've got to make sure we reset and recover well tonight and go again on Sunday."
Image source, Getty ImagesOn the bowling side, Josh Tongue was excellent in taking four wickets for the Super Giants, Sonny Baker took a couple of important wickets and spinner Noor Ahmad played his part with a spell that managed to break the Sunrisers' momentum.
But MSG still needed someone to finish the job and it was left to the wily Liam Dawson. With the Sunrisers needing 34 from 10 balls, the left-arm spinner conceded just one run and took a wicket from his first four balls to essentially end the contest.

The bowlers did well but perhaps the match-defining performance came from Manchester Super Giants opener Paul Walter.
He hit a fantastic 80 from 46 balls - including eight sixes - and would have ended the innings unbeaten but for a somewhat comical slip to be run out from the last delivery.
Some effort from a man who was only brought in to the XI after Aiden Markram had to return to South Africa for personal reasons...
So there we have it, the two finals at Lord's on Sunday have been confirmed...

Manchester Super Giants are heading to Lord's!
Liam Dawson finishes the job with an excellent last 10 - and his first 10 of the night - after some excellent work from Josh Tongue (4-26) and Sonny Baker (2-39) earlier in the innings.
Ryan Rickelton did what he could for the Sunrisers with an unbeaten 54, while Harry Brook made a quickfire 49, but they come up well short in the end.

Barring snookers (well, wides and no-balls), Manchester Super Giants will be in the final.
