    Rodriguez v Martinez

No time to sit back and dwell on that fight.

On we go to a unification bout. It's a super-flyweight bout between WBA champion Fernando Martinez and Jesse Rodriguez, who puts his WBC and WBO belts on the line.

Mason beats Noakes by unanimous decision

Abdullah Mason is a world champion - winning the vacant WBO lightweight title - at just 21 years old.

He becomes the youngest reigning male world champion. Atomweight Camila Zamorano is the youngest reigning world champion at the age of 17 (who is beating that?!).

A hard one for Sam Noakes to take. It's the first time he has lost but it's a defeat at world level and he was in that fight.

No doubt Noakes will be back. Who knows, we could even see a rematch - I don't think many would argue.

What a magnificent contest we have just witnessed! For what it's worth, I think Mason will be a wide winner on points, but he will know he has been in the hardest fight of his life.

As Kal said earlier, Noakes said last year that if he wins a world title he wants it to feel like a Rocky film - black eyes, knockdowns, the whole comeback script.

Noakes has landed 81 power punches with Mason landing 93 so far.
