Available for over a year

Since the death of their son two years ago, the parents of nineteen year old Harry Dunn have not wavered in their fight for justice. Harry – who was 19 – died when his motorbike was hit by a car in Northamptonshire – driven by an American citizen. Anne Sacoolas left the country soon afterwards – claiming diplomatic immunity – and has refused to come back. Sally Nugent and Dan Walker on BBC Breakfast have been speaking to Harry’s mum – Charlotte Charles - about her “big relief” now they’ve reached a settlement in a civil claim for damages made in the US. The family say they’ll continue to pursue criminal proceedings in the UK. This is Five Minutes On – Charlotte’s candid interview in which she describes the “treadmill of trying to keep going”.
