The
award ceremony was held in Atlantic City, New Jersey on 1st
November 2003.
A
special award for the Most Outstanding Music Producer
of the Year went to Pritish Nandy for the films Kaante,
Sur, Jhankaar Beats and Mumbai Matinee.
The
Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Pankaj Udhas.
This
Bollywood extravaganza was attended by thousands of people
who enjoyed an evening of live performances from Bollywood
playback singers including Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu, Hans Raj
Hans, Sukhwinder and Sunidhi Chauhan.
The
night ended with great performances, first by Kumar Sanu,
who dazzled the audience with his dancing.
He
was followed by Sonu Nigam who sang a lively medley of songs. |
