Càit a bheil thu a’ dol? (Where are you going?)

Listen to Seanair asking Munro where he is going and see if you can follow the conversation

Seanair, Melodaidh and Morag discuss the weather

Seanair Halò. Càit a bheil thu a’ dol?
Hello. Where are you going?
Munro Tha mi a’ dol dhan stèisean
I am going to the station
Seanair Oh? A bheil thu a’ dol dhan taigh?
Oh? Are you going to the house?
Munro Chan eil! Tha mi a’ dol dhan chafaidh
No! I am going to the café
Now listen to their conversation.

Seanair asked Munro: ‘Where are you going?’ You can see that both of Munro’s responses in the conversation are based on the phrase ‘Tha mi a’ dol...’, which means ‘I am going …’ Munro then adds new words to explain where exactly he is going.
