Heston is chef at the Fat Duck restaurant in Berkshire - he's got two Michelin stars and a reputation for the bizarre including bacon and egg ice cream.
He's been showing Jennifer Chevalier how to get children involved in cooking; we've had roast chicken and mashed potatoes, now it's time for pudding, and Heston and his wife Susanna have handed complete control of the kitchen over to Jessica, 8, and Jack, 10.
