Stephen asks: are e-bikes and e-scooters a problem where you are? Also on the show, is £10 a week pocket money too much or too little?

ILLEGAL E-BIKES AND SCOOTERS
Fifty people were charged during a three-week crackdown on the illegal use of e-bikes and scooters in Aberdeen. Police say they also seized more than 40 vehicles during Operation Armour. Operation Armour – which ran from May the 18th until last Friday – saw officers crack down on illegal electric bikes and scooters in a bid to tackle anti-social behaviour and other crimes associated with them. 154 crimes were detected, including dangerous driving, no licence or insurance, driving on footpaths, and not wearing a helmet – as well as drug offences. Five electric motorbikes, 19 e-bikes, 15 e-scooters, five petrol motorbikes, a car and a van were seized. The force says while long-term sustainable solutions to the issues caused by the bikes and scooters are being sought, it will continue to seize them, identify riders and report them to the relevant authorities.

YOUNG MEN
Former England men's football manager Gareth Southgate says there is a whole generation of boys struggling with school, work, identity and hope. This is the message behind his new documentary on BBC iPlayer, Gareth Southgate: Changing the Game for Young Men. Here are some startling statistics - young men are twice as likely as young women to be excluded from school and more than three times as likely to die by suicide. According to the Centre for Social Justice, boys are now more likely to have a smartphone than a father at home.
Stephen asks: is it harder to be a young man or boy in Scotland today?

POCKET MONEY
Children have seen their weekly pocket money increase by 12p in 2026 so far, compared to the same period last year, figures from a money app GoHenry suggest. Stephen asks: £10.67 a week is the average weekly pocket money in Scotland - is it too much or too little?

WORLD CUP
It's almost here. The first game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup kicks off tonight at 8pm, when one of the home nations Mexico takes on South Africa, ahead of 104 matches involving 48 teams over 39 days and the first appearance by Scotland since 1998. But if you’re not a fan of football, Stephen asks: can you learn to love the World Cup?
