However, inside di affidavit titled "Affidavit of Withdrawal of Case", di family of di deceased tok say dem no gree to any autopsy request by di minister or any medical team.

Di affidavit wey her papa, Tanko Habila Wisdom file bifor di High Court of Justice of Ebonyi State, say make di medical and investigation protocol leave her body intact.

"While I welcome step wey dem wan take to unravel wetin kill my daughter, my family and I no go accept any autopsy on my daughter body," di affidavit tok.

"Na my family wish and humble appeal against medical and investigation protocols make dem leave her body nad organs intact, hence dis affidavit."

Her papa tok say im wan make di police release her body for dem make dem go burial as dem no wany any further investigation.

"I also wish make dem no proceed further wit di investigation and further request make dem release my daughter body to me for burial."

Her papa tok say dem no go honour any invitation from di police or di court in connection wit di matter, as dem no "suspect any foul play."

Oga Hibila tok say dis na family decision as nobody or anytin coerce or influence dem to make dis grounds.

However, di Ebonyi State Police Command don confam say go conduct autopsy on di deadibodi to ascertain wetin kill di deceased depsite di request from di family say dem no want make dem go ahead wit di autopsy.

"Di place na staff quaters for David Umahi Federal Teaching Hospital employers, wia dem take di foto no be di residence."

Her papa also confam say Habila na staff member of di David Umahi Federal University of Medical Sciences and she dey work as personal nurse to di minister of works and members of im immediate staff.

According to di affidavit, she dey reside for di Minister Guest House for Abuja and Ebonyi State for di Staff Quaters.

On, June 27 Mary Habila die for David Umahi residence.

However, Nwaze tok say wetin dem gada be say she no dey feel fine but BBC no fit confam as at di time of dis report.

"I tink say she dey sick, from di information wey I gada. Her boyfriend tok say she dey sick and she also get hormonal imbalance," e tok.

"Wetin happun be say wen dem no see her around. Her relative go her house to go break di room. Na dia dem see her for dat condition."
