Court don sentence one man for northern Nigeria to two weeks imprisonment afta im neighbours complain say e dey keep bags of human poo-poo outside hm house, wey dey make life unbearable for dem.
Dem carry Mohammed Saidu to court for Kano afta residents report di bad smell to environmental officials.
Magistrate Halima Wali order make dem detain am for 14 days and make e pay fine of 100,000 naira (£55; $74). She describe im action as highly inconsiderate and na threat to im neighbour health.
Saidu, wey im job na to dey empty sceptic tanks, dey sell di poo-poo to farmers make dem use am as fertiliser – wetin dey common for di area, but dem no dey tok about am for public.
"I think he had close to 50 bags of faeces the first time the complaint reached me," local chief Musa Abdullahi told the BBC.
Neighbours say di smell from di property don become so bad sotay e don come dey impossible to relax for house.
One of doz wey complain, Samaila Inuwa, tell di BBC say dem bin don try to resolve di matter privately.
"We tok to am about di issue but e nostop," Inuwa tok.

For court, Saidu plead guilty to di charge of endangering public health.
Bifor she deliver her ruling, Magistrate Wali visit di property to see di bags of poo-poo by herself.
She order Saidu make im clear all di waste from di premises and promise say e no go ever repeat di offence.
Inuwa tok say life don improve for residents since dem don carry di case go court.
"Finally, our neighbourhood don dey enjoy witout bad smell," e tok.
Di local chief tok say e don intervene wen Saidu start to dey keep di poo-poo waste.
"Wen e first start am, I tok to am about am, and e pack dem comot [remove am] and stop," e tok. "I no sabi wen e resume."
E add say neighbor don choose to say dem no go meet am dis time, dem go directly to meet di authorities.
Abdullahi tok say im own house dey far, so di smell no reach am, but e understand how residents dey feel.
"My mission na make everybody for dis area live for peace," e tok. "Wen dem release am, we go talk to am and di neighbors again."
