	Unfortunately BBC NI cannot offer general parking facilities, however, there are a variety of car parks close by.

5.	I can't make it to the studio for the doors opening time. Will I be able to get in if I arrive late?

	We recommend that all audience members arrive in good time, as tickets do not guarantee a seat. Flexibility will depend on the individual programme requirements.

6.	Is there a dress code?

	You will be advised of this on receipt of your ticket.

7.	I have misplaced my ticket, is there any way I can have it replaced?

	Tickets that have been misplaced cannot be re-issued. However, providing we have a record of your ticket application on our database, we can add your name to a guest list on the door.

8.	I had requested 5 tickets but only received 4. Is there any way I can get another one?

	In cases where the level of demand for tickets is high, a maximum number of tickets is often applied. If you request over and above this number, please submit your preferred number and we will do our best to meet your request. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

9.	Does my ticket guarantee a seat?

	Unfortunately, your ticket does not guarantee you a seat. As tickets are complimentary, people often request more tickets than they need. We therefore have to issue more tickets than there are seats available to allow for this. We do consider the volume of our over issues carefully for each show, but we recommend that you arrive promptly to be sure that you aren't disappointed.
