|
|

Collect
materials first |
|
You
will need
Plain paper (enough to cover your book)
Wax crayons
Ink colours
A pair of scissors
Glue
Brushes
Exercise books
Sponge stencils
Pencils
|
Step
1
Take
your plain paper and start to decorate it with any pattern of
your choice using the wax crayons.
|
Make
it bold!
|
|

Brush
over the whole area. |
|
Step
2
Paint
the design liberally with some ink covering the whole paper.
The wax acts as a resist so will shine through the ink.
|
Step
3
Alternatively, using some sponge stamps and
different coloured inks, stamp patterns all over the paper.
|
Printing
fun!
|
|

Be
creative. |
|
Tip
You can make your own stamps by using potato cuts
instead
|
When
you have decorated all your sheets of paper, allow to dry and
cut and paste or tape to fit books and pencils.

A
very individual makeover.
