'Enormous gaps' in reports, bereaved parents saypublished at 15:31 GMT 25 March
The Nottingham Inquiry has heard the parents of Grace O'Malley Kumar thought there were "enormous gaps" in psychiatry reports into her killer Valdo Calocane.
Sanjoy said: "To me the first report was useless, because it didn't look the actual time of when this person had been evicted, when this person had called his brother, when this person had a long talk with security guard after killing our children and then going on to murder someone else."
Sinead added after the attacks, she could not understand how someone "so violent" could remain in custody and not be hospitalised or given treatment.
The inquiry heard the family felt the mental health assessment had "not been established beyond our doubt".
