    The relay is due to set off from Craven Park at 08:40 GMT and arrive at the MKM Stadium after 17:00.

    Fans were selected by BBC Radio Humberside to take part after an appeal for nominations.

    The first walkers are braving a less than bright morning but excitement is high as they are carrying the match ball across the city for tonight's match between the Robins and the Broncos.

    Good morning and welcome to our coverage of the BBC Radio Humberside World Club Challenge relay.

    The match ball for tonight's game between Hull Kingston Rovers and the Brisbane Broncos is being carried by fans and special guests between Sewell Group Craven Park and MKM Stadium with a few surprises along the way.

    If you would like to come and see the relay and show your support it will be passing by Morrisons on Holderness Road at 10:45 GMT and Queen Victoria Square in Hull's City Centre at about 15:45.
