Circuit Judge.
A well-respected circuit judge, Newland prides herself on her unmitigated impartiality; she always looks for the argument not the emotion in a case. Straight down the line and extremely perceptive, nothing gets past Newland.
Savvy and ambitious, she is fully aware of the advantages of being a woman in a man's world and has every intention of continuing up the career ladder as far as she can.
