Solicitor.
Streetwise and flash, Ash has risen to junior partner in a prominent firm of solicitors, largely by bringing in cases from the Asian community.
Ash earns more than most of the barristers and drives the Mercedes to prove it. He instinctively mistrusts the police and is attracted to the anti-establishment stance of Jack's chambers. He works hard and plays hard and is attracted to women who are impressed by his status.
