Today, Scotland and north-western England will be rather cloudy with scattered showers. The remainder of the UK will be largely dry with sunny spells and cloudy intervals, but cloudier around noon.
Tonight
Tonight will start largely dry, with lengthy clear spells across much of the UK. The odd shower will linger in the far north-east. Later in the night, areas of cloud will move into far western areas.
Sunday
A dry and sunny morning for most but cloudier for western areas. Becoming widely cloudy by the afternoon with occasional drizzle moving into parts northern England and southern Scotland by evening.
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday
Cloudy and with rain and showers in the north and the west on Monday, turning heavier overnight. Dry elsewhere, but some thundery showers are likely in parts of the south-east overnight. Further showers and spells of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, these more extensive in the afternoon and heavier overnight in the north.
