Tilly's 2017 Blog

That's almost a wrap for this summer’s craziness! But I will be back again soon with more Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch plus more brand new Digi-Tilly recipes. It’s brilliant seeing what you are cooking.

Tilly's Top Ten Moments

Wow, the holiday’s have gone by so fast and there have been soooooooo many incredible moments! So I wanted to take a look back over my top ten summer memories. I hope you enjoy them too. Comment if you agree with my Top 10 choices :)

10. The Ultimate Burger

Does anyone remember this? Feels like so long ago now! Jack's send off party included this supermassive, ginormous burger. What a beast!

9. Crazy lip sync dancing

Making music videos was so much fun!

8. Winning the Ramsay Wacky Races

This was such an awesome day, especially when dad thought he'd got the better of me! Will that man ever learn...

7. Paddle board yoga

OK, so I might have won go-karting, but I definitely wasn't winning at paddle board yoga. So much harder than it looks, and it already did look hard!

6. Interviewing people on the GREEN carpet

This I did not see coming, interviewing stars in LA! Wow!

5. My toughest challenge EVER

Doing the pier to pier race was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. My family got a bit of a scare, but I was alright in the end! I'll beat you next time, Jack!

4. Dad's crazy CARbecue

We all thought dad had finally lost the plot at this point, but amazingly his idea totally saved the day!

3. Jack's makeover!

Before he headed off on his water polo tour, we gave Jack the full Ramsay girl makeover treatment - I think we did a great job! Haha!

2. Rainbow anniversary cake

Now this has to be one of the best cakes I've ever made, it was huge and rainbow tiered all the way down. Made especially for mum and dad's wedding anniversary! I think they liked it!

1. Dad's seal of approval

I love my comfort food, but I know how much dad loves his posh stuff! For his 50th birthday, Jack and I pulled out all the stops to put on a spectacular birthday banquet and taking ourselves out of the food comfort zone.

It was hard work, but worth the effort!
