We
promised you that the best story sent in to the BBC Bradford &
West Yorkshire website would be read on BBC
Radio Leeds (broadcasting across West Yorkshire on 92.4
FM) during the festive season.
 |
| From
ghoulish graveyards to creepy castles... |
You
sent in some very good stories and it was very difficult for us
to have to make a choice but we can now reveal that Alan Fleet's
story, Phantom Of The Cow and Calf, can be heard on Daragh Corcaran's
programme on Christmas Eve between 4pm to 6pm and it will be read
by Andrew Edwards.
We
particularly like Alan's story because it is very much rooted in
West Yorkshire and it's always good to have a touch of humour.
But
all the stories are very different so, if you want a good read and
your nerves can stand it, CLICK
HERE to read the stories...but don't say you weren't warned!!
And
although the competition is closed, you can still send YOUR stories
in and see your name up in lights...well, on the screen anyway!
All we ask is that you try and keep them based in West Yorkshire!
[PLEASE
NOTE: The competition is now closed but if you have any ghost stories
about West Yorkshire you would like to see on this website, please
send them in].
