I can
safely say, that having lived here all of my life, my parents, and
so forth, I am proud to be from Bradford.
My
wife herself moved to Bradford, her sister is trying to do the same.
You
can spend time droning about the shops, and the problems with the
riots, but why?
Home is what you make it, this is my philosophy.

| Bradford
is "home to one of the most cultural places in Britain." |
I am
proud to say I am from Bradford. If you talk to most people that
come up to Bradford, one thing they will tell you is that Bradford
folk are friendly compared with other areas in the country.
The
majority of people will tip their head or raise their caps to a
funeral car.
There
are many bad points about Bradford. Yes, maybe the shops are not
brilliant but what is the point of a wide variety of shops when
Leeds centre is a 25minute train ride away. Most people would not
think twice about this sort of thing, and get up and go.
Bradford
is here, like it or love it. It is home to one of the most cultural
places in Britain.
Stand
up and be proud to be Bradfordian, be proud to be from Yorkshire.
If not, there are worse places to live.
