Introduction Pakistan's army has stormed the Red Mosque in Islamabad to flush out militants, ending a week-long stand-off. The mosque's radical cleric and some 50 of his supporters were killed. An unknown number of men, women and children were caught in the cross-fire. The BBC's Syed Shoaib Hasan asked local people for their reaction to the violent denouement. |
