At the hostel, there are kitchens, laundry and entertainment. The company runs shuttles into nearby Soham for shopping. Out the back there are barbecues and sports facilities.
“We’re trying to make it as comfortable as we can, otherwise someone won’t want to stay and work for us,” says Will Goosen, the hostels manager.
