  Voting

Voters mark their ballot paper in a booth where they cannot be overseen. They then place it in a padlocked urn.

At 2100 the church doors will be locked and the count will begin. There are five counters, who must decide among themselves whether a ballot paper is correctly marked, or spoiled.

Officials will fill out a form registering the result of the vote, and take it to the Referendum Commission.
