Police appeal over fatal crash

Mr Milburn was pronounced dead at the scene
Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road crash in South Gloucestershire.

Andrew James Milburn, 19, from Bradley Stoke, Bristol, died when the Fiesta he was driving was involved in a collision with another car.

The accident happened on Sunday morning on the A38 at Falfield.

Mr Milburn was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other car involved and his seven-year-old daughter were not seriously injured.
