A look inside riot prison walls
For more than eight hours last month prisoners took over Lincoln jail causing widespread damage.

Critics have blamed the riot on overcrowding in the jail, an allegation which has been denied by prison governor Richard Peacock.

He said: "It seems it was started by a few prisoners who were determined to cause disruption and they attacked one of our officers - it was a very vicious attack."

Mr Peacock allowed BBC cameras to exclusively film inside the prison following the riot.
