New ferry service launched
Stena Galloway
There will be daily crossings between the two ports
A new roll-on roll-off ferry service linking the UK to the Netherlands is making its first voyage on Monday.

Stena Line will operate daily crossings between Harwich in Essex and Rotterdam.

Three ships - the Freeway, Ideway and Flanders - have been taken on for the new route.

It has direct access on to the newly-opened Parkeston bypass, which was built at a cost of £1m.
