People may no longer have to vote for Deputies and Senators

Jersey could be divided into three voting districts under plans being discussed to change the way islanders elect politicians.
The group charged with steering through government reform originally considered creating six so-called "super constituencies" for general elections.
But Deputy Roy Le Herriseur, who leads the group, said it was now thought that three would be best for the island.
There could be three voting districts: East, West and Town.
Other changes being considered include there being only one general election for all politicians every four years.
Plans for 48 States members, five fewer than at present, are also being discussed.
Constables would remain in the States, but they would be elected on the same day as everyone else for the same four-year term.
If the States approve the changes, islanders will be asked for their views in a referendum.
