Islanders have been questioning senior politicians about the Les Pas deal.
Senators Frank Walker and Ted Vibert were on BBC Radio Jersey's Talkback programme on Sunday.
Listeners questioned both senators ahead of a States meeting on Tuesday when the matter will be discussed in secret before a full States debate the following week.
The Policy and Resources Committee is proposing to transfer land worth £10m to Les Pas Holdings as an out-of-court settlement over the dispute about who owns much of St Helier's foreshore.
