Tsvangirai congratulates Obama

Zimbabwe's Prime Minster Morgan Tsvangirai has congratulated US President Barack Obama on winning the Nobel peace prize.

Mr Tsvangirai, who was himself one of the favourites to win the prize, said President Obama was "a deserving candidate" and an "extraordinary example".
