'How my mother died from infections at Stafford Hospital'

Regulators believe at least 400 more people died at Stafford Hospital between 2005 and 2008 than would be expected, due to "appalling" care.

Deb Hazeldine's mother Ellen died from infections contracted at the hospital, and she describes her care during that time.
