Football boss improving
Keith Alexander
Keith Alexander collapsed at home
The manager of Lincoln City Football Club, Keith Alexander, has been moved to a general ward at Lincoln County Hospital.

It is nearly three weeks since he had a life threatening brain haemorrhage and underwent emergency surgery in Sheffield.

Doctors now say he is in a satisfactory condition.

The club has confirmed he was moved over the weekend to the local hospital where he will continue his recovery.

The team are hoping he might even be fit enough to soon watch a home game.

City supporters have raised money for Neuro Care, a charity at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital where Mr Alexander was treated.
