John Bennett will bring you the latest from the penultimate day of the Commonwealth Games with the Sportsworld team in Glasgow. There are a huge 44 gold medals to be won across athletics and Para-athletics, boxing, track and Para-track cycling, and judo. British long distance runner Innes Fitzgerald also joins Ed Harry and Ade Adedoyin on the latest Warm Up Track. Away from the games, we’ll look ahead to the biggest game of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations group stages, where defending champions Nigeria face Zambia and also reflect on the action so far. Sportsworld’s Justice Baidoo also meets the talented dreamers who hope to become the next generation of African superstars at Ghana’s Right To Dream football academy. It’s also day three of the Women’s Open at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
