In the morning
Bathroom in Welsh is Stafell molchi. Stafell is room, and molchi means to wash oneself.
Now, we will learn to talk about our routine in the morning. Here is Nia's routine: | Deffro | Wake up | | Codi | Get up | | Cael cawod | Have a shower | | Gwisgo | Get dressed | | Bwyta brecwast | Eat breakfast | | Brwsio fy nannedd | Brush my teeth | | Mynd i'r ysgol | Go to school |
To talk about what you do you place dw i in front of the verb, for example: | Dw i'n codi'n gynnar. | I get up early. | | Dw i'n codi'n hwyr. | I get up late. | | Dw i'n darllen llyfr. | I read a book. | There is only one present tense in Welsh. Therefore, Dw i'n codi could mean 'I get up' or 'I'm getting up'. Dw i'n bwyta brecwast could mean 'I eat breakfast' or 'I'm eating breakfast'
