Most schools and colleges have teachers/tutors/careers advisers available in the days following exam results to advise pupils and students who need help.

Careers Centres

Your local Careers Centre offers easy access to prospectuses, reference books, newspapers and the Internet. Careers advisers will be on hand to offer help and advice to those who need it. Phone first to check opening times.

BBC Radio and TV programmes

The BBC broadcast useful radio and TV programmes called ‘Student Essentials’
