It might have worked in your case, but that's basicly not a good solution. Life starts with birth followed by education. Some parents think that it is teachers' work and teachers think it's parents' work. They are both right but without communication between them, they'll get a terrible result.

I totally disagree with Mr. White. In my opinion corporal punishment is not a suitable form of education nowadays .

Sorry, I can´t agree with Jack. Corporal punishment doesn´t decrease the number of offences. Instead of that, we should talk about parents´responsibilty for their children.
