THE PARK

Arthur, from Shelton in Stoke-on-Trent, is passionate about his local park in Hanley. With its trees, open spaces and lake, it's a gem of Victorian design. But in recent times he says it's been neglected. With a bit more care and investment, it could once again be a thriving place for recreation.
