ORGANIC PRODUCE
By Warren Carter
Warren runs the Moulsecoomb Forest Garden and Wildlife Project, near Brighton. An oasis of calm and tranquility just behind the railway station, it gives local people the opportunity to grow their own organic produce in a relaxed and friendly environment. It also runs numerous events for children, giving them the chance to learn about wildlife and discover where food comes from. Warren feels it's important to teach people who've never been interested in gardening that it's not boring, and that food doesn't grow on supermarket shelves!
