Ian left school a couple of years ago - only to return the next school year as a teaching assistant and assistant site manager. He says his new job is fantastic, especially as he gets to change the things he wanted to change when he was a pupil!

as a teaching assistant myself its nice to see such enthusiasm portrayed to the public. when i tell people what i do they groan and tell me how awful it must be. Its fantastic! keep inspiring them Ian well done!
